Minerva Omega group partners with Gambero Rosso Academy for 2024/2025

Minerva Omega Group is once again an official partner of the Gambero Rosso Academy, for the third year running. 

Gambero Rosso Academy, member of the historic Italian Wine Travel Food brand, is the largest professional training platform dedicated to the food world. To date, it includes 3 operating structures in Italy (Lecce, Palermo, Rome) and joint ventures with leading Italian universities and Academies around the world. 

Minerva Omega Group, international reference for the production of professional equipment for meat and food processing, packaging and preservation, is proud to renew its partnership with Gambero Rosso Academy, with the aim of making technologically advanced solutions available to the students of the courses organised by the well-known publisher.

A fruitful and long-lasting partnership
The partnership involves several of our machines (including ovens, dough mixers, slicers, mincers), that will be used by teachers and students in all 3 Academy locations.
