Vega is our line of high-performance ovens ideal for any pizzeria with a considerable production. It features the IWOS™ System (Italian Wood Oven Substitute), an innovative baking system which mechanically reproduces the air circulation of a wood-burning pizza oven. The heat below the refractory stone flows upwards and is channeled inside the baking chamber directly on pizzas, ensuring cooking that is equivalent to that of a wood-burning pizza oven.
It features electronic controls and is equipped with a smart electronic control which allows for a precise management of the energy used and for the optimization of energy consumption. It also features a Booster function that allows the previously set temperature to be reached quickly.
The Vega oven presents a new type of Plug-In extractor hood with a compact, easy-to-install design that connects to the pizza oven via a dedicated connector and is controlled directly from the oven control panel.
The upwards door opening allows working with shorter shovels. Furthermore, the baking chamber has a 7 cm thick insulation layer that allows outstanding baking performance and real energy saving. It features an Economy function that allows energy saving while maintaining the pre-set temperature when there is no pizza baking.
