It is only available in the TOP version featuring the baking chamber entirely covered by refractory stones and it is equipped with the PRO version of the IWOS™ (Italian Wood Oven Substitute) System, the innovative system that mechanically reproduces the circulatory air movement of a wood-burning pizza oven. I.W.O.S.™ PRO guarantees even greater efficiency and more uniform cooking.
The heat below the refractory stone flows upwards and is channeled inside the baking chamber directly on pizzas, ensuring cooking that is equivalent to that of a wood-fired oven.
The electronic control is equipped with a smart electronic control which allows for a precise management of the energy used and for the optimization of energy consumption.
The King oven presents a new type of Plug-In extractor hood with a compact, easy-to-install design that connects to the pizza oven via a dedicated connector and is controlled directly from the oven control panel.
It is equipped with the Economy function, which optimizes energy consumption by maintaining the set temperature when no pizzas are being baked. It also features the Booster function, which quickly speeds up the achievement of the previously set operating temperature.
