The washing line is divided into two types of dishwashers:
• Single wall dishwashers, mechanically driven
• Double wall dishwashers, electronically driven
Both categories include a detergent and rinse aid dispenser.
Our machines use an innovative washing circuit whereby all points of variation of the water flow have been eliminated, so as to increase performance and reduce noise levels. They feature a special double delivery pump that allows a better distribution of the washing water and greater efficiency. The accurately designed wash arms aim to make optimum use of the power that the pump transfers to the water.
The standard washing temperature is 60°C, whilst the standard rinse temperature is set to 80°C. As a standard, all the machines are equipped with a series of integral surface filters for the tank made of elastic composite material, so as to retain any bigger bits of food debris.
