Centauri is our oven dedicated specifically to the production in 60x40 cm trays, and is therefore ideal for tray pizza, focaccias, croutons and much more.
The accurate choice of materials makes it energy-saving, a focus that’s also achieved by means of the high insulation thickness as well as 2 doors and special gaskets, which reduce heat waste when opened. It features an Economy function that allows energy saving while maintaining the pre-set temperature when there is no pizza baking. It is also equipped with a Booster function that allows the previously set temperature to be reached quickly.
Its size and features make it combinable with the Sirio line.
