Most of the ovens can be supplied in the TOP version, that is, with the covering of the entire chamber (top, slab, sides and back panel) with suitable refractory flats, which-with their thermal flywheel-allow optimal temperature maintenance inside the baking chamber and more homogeneous baking. All refractory flats used by us are rectified to achieve a more uniform firing.
