Minerva Omega Group has once again sponsored the Ham Slicing Competition at the 11th edition of the iconic event dedicated to the finest national charcuterie production.

 

Salumi da Re” is the national gathering of butchers, pork breeders and charcuterie makers, created and organized by Gambero Rosso in collaboration with Antica Corte Pallavicina in Polesine Zibello, located in Parma.

The event, held from Saturday, October 26th to Monday, October 28th, saw a record number of visitors who had the opportunity to explore the best expressions of Italian charcuterie and gastronomy. 

Highlight of the event was its Cutting Competition, and Minerva Omega Group’s professional gravity slicers were the main character of the heated challenge between the best salami makers in Italy.
