Once again, SIGEP proved to be a catalyst for high-level technological exchange and experiences.

At our booth, equipment in full operation and showcooking sessions highlighted the value of solutions designed for those who shape the food industry with vision, technique, and passion.

Among the new products unveiled:
KRIOS refrigerated countertop meat mincer with sanitizing drawer, for maximum performance and safety
RAY – new range of professional slicers – gravity and vertical – designed to combine ergonomics, precision, and hygiene
FLEX refrigerated automatic burger former, high-performing, and versatile
MYTO – compact and powerful single-pizza oven, bringing professional quality into domestic settings

These technologies took center stage in the Masterclasses that shaped our showcooking schedule, offering live demonstrations of outstanding interpretations and practical technical applications for everyday work.

In the kitchen: our brand ambassadors – Giovanni Tesauro, Gianluca Nana, and Ian Spampatti – joined by special guest Frumentario, pizza chef awarded with the Tre Rotelle Prize in the 2026 Pizzerie d’Italia Guide by Gambero Rosso.
