At EuroShop 2026 we brought our vision of innovation: technology designed to become a concrete ally in the daily work of professionals operating in food retail and foodservice.

Throughout the exhibition days, our booth became a space for direct exchange with international professionals and decision-makers — an opportunity to discuss real needs and future scenarios, together with solutions capable of supporting strategic choices in the medium and long term.

On display was a selection of high-performance professional equipment designed to ensure operational efficiency, service continuity and consistent quality across different processing applications.

Among the new solutions presented:

  • KRIOS refrigerated countertop meat grinder designed to ensure operational safety and productivity up to 750 kg/h, featuring an integrated tool drawer with UV-C sterilization lamp
  • RAY – new range of professional slicers, both gravity and vertical models, developed to combine ergonomics and cutting precision
  • FLEX automatic burger patty machine, also available in a refrigerated version, versatile and high-performing, designed to simplify forming processes and ensure consistent standards even in high-volume production
  • MYTO compact and powerful single-pizza oven, ideal for Neapolitan pizza and designed to bring professional baking quality into domestic environments

Alongside these innovations, we showcased a range of solutions for meat processing, automatic forming, food processing, vacuum packaging, ice production and pizza preparation — an overview of the technologies we develop to support the evolution of processes in food retail.

EuroShop once again confirmed its role as a key international event for the retail and food distribution sectors — a context where dialogue with industry professionals becomes the starting point for developing increasingly targeted solutions.
